I'm a finalist in the "Create More Birthdays" contest!

Hi blogger friends :)

As you may or may not know, a few weeks ago I entered into the "Create More Birthdays" contest sponsored by the American Cancer Society in which we were asked to submit a video of our best rendition of the song "Happy Birthday". Here's my rendition: http://my.morebirthdays.com/contests/showentry/805107. Yes, I know it's a little silly. Just me accompanying myself on my ever-so-slightly-out-of-tune piano. Anyway, I made it through the first round of voting, and I am now one of the 12 finalists! The winner is determined solely by the votes of the public, and the winner receives the prestige and recognition of his/her Entry being featured in the following ways to help raise public awareness and funds for the fight against cancer:

(i.) Music Video will be included in Sponsor's "More Birthdays" 2011 and/or 2012 online advertising campaign for the duration of the campaign
(ii.) Exposure of, or about, his/her/their Entry in Sponsor's advertising and media communications, including but not limited to Sponsor's YouTube Channel, social media networks, press releases, or other forms of media and public relations.
(iii.) Music Video may also be produced into a range of other ACS birthday merchandise products and/or digital assets made available for public purchase and/or electronic download at morebirthdays.com(iv.) Music Video will be added to the More Birthdays gallery at morebirthdays.com alongside other More Birthdays music videos from some of the biggest names in art and entertainment.
